Daniel Sallus was born and raised in the Los Angeles area. Daniel obtained his B.S. in Management from the Eller School of Business and a minor in Spanish at the University of Arizona. While in college, Daniel started investing in real estate and was able to pay his way through his undergraduate studies by managing and renting the investment property.
Daniel received a Juris Doctor degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law and holds licenses to practice law in Arizona and California.
Daniel is one of two founding partners of Stone & Sallus LLP, which is one of the larger law firms in the South Bay. The firm has the specialization in areas of law including, business, real estate, estate planning, and resolution of disputes.
Outside of investing in real estate, Daniel likes to spend time with his wife and 2 boys, hiking and cruising in his Jeep Wrangler.
Caitlyn Sallus is the Co-founder of Craven Street Properties LLC. She was born and raised in the San Diego area. Caitlyn obtained her B.S. in Education from the University of San Diego.
Caitlyn worked for a local restaurant and night club group managing the day-to-day financials of the business. The group was later acquired by a larger restaurant and nightclub group operating venues internationally and domestically. There she learned the ins and outs of management of the business and helped with the transition of the acquisition where she transitioned to an IT role within the company prior to starting Craven Street Properties.
Caitlyn’s real estate journey began investing in single family residences where she was able to put her own special touch on the properties. Her knowledge of the intricacies of each property, cost saving methods, design style, and focus on long term objectives has allowed Craven Street Properties to grow from single family residences to a diverse portfolio of commercial, multi family, and single family properties that all deliver modern design that creates a living and work environment that is desirable.
Outside of investing in real estate, Caitlyn likes to spend time as a boy mom and being active through Pilates and on her Peloton.
